Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity 2024
At Yahoo Beach @ the Martinez Hotel, we invited guests to experience the ‘Portal to the Good Internet’ through robust themed creative across digital and physical touchpoints. Pssst: We were named a top activation by BizBash.
The Marketing Studio is the in-house creative agency for all of Yahoo’s brands and verticals. As one of the team’s few copywriters, I partner with designers and producers to execute projects across topics, deliverables, and audiences—from fantasy sports campaigns to rebrands to B2B events.
Copy projects include: B2B and B2C event comms, CRM, 360° creative campaigns, filler ads, scripts, toolkits, brand guidelines, report and deck writing.
For the 2024 baseball season, we invited new and returning fantasy players to get in the game.
I edited, proofread, and provided key supporting copy for the 2023 diversity, equity, and inclusion report, condensing and synthesizing rich information from several organizations across the company into one consistent voice.

Yahoo Sportsbook In-Suite Video @ The Venetian Las Vegas
Yahoo Shopping Holiday Commerce Campaigns
To get hotel guests to the Yahoo-sponsored sportsbook at the Venetian, we created an original in-suite video from bare-bones assets and information. I wrote a script promoting its offerings, then re-wrote it when our talent (an internal sports correspondent) changed last-minute in his signature voice and style.
